I'm fuming because I told her I don't want anything from her (money back or free food). After I told this to a neighboring business I was told that roaches and other vermits are not uncommon. I didn't pick it up, but I was near the neighborhood today and wanted to give her the negative feedback. The order was wrong, giving me an entirely different meal, but i didn't want to be a jerk and interrupt the family meal. The first two times went I went it was a family take out dinner and spent well over $50. I've worked customer service and have a high tolerance for mistakes. I cannot express my disgust in this deplorable establishment.
