Such a top performing digital platform should strive to make payment user friendly and train their customer care support team to handle such grievances instead of passing the responsibility over to the bank and upi. I still haven’t got any refund with Netflix continuously mailing me to resubscribe instead of looking into the issue. On contacting Netflix customer care, they said that the payment is not received despite getting a mail from them and upi showing a successful transaction. I even got a mail from Netflix saying the payment is confirmed, however, I couldn’t access any of the shows as the app was showing that payment is pending. My amount got deducted from my bank account with a successful transaction notification from upi.
